Regional Development Agency is Looking for Headhunter and Managers

As it was announced by head of the regional state administration Igor Gundych, investments in Zhytomyr region will soon be referred to Headhunter.

From 13 February 2017, all interested candidates are invited to apply for the posts of the Regional Development Agency of Zhytomyr region – Headhunter (Agency Director) and 3 Project Managers.

If you are confident about your abilities and want to contribute to the development of Zhytomyr region, submit a CV and a cover letter with a description of your vision of goals and objectives of the Agency, as well as references from previous jobs.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview with the evaluation committee.

Experience and qualifications requirements for the post of Headhunter (Director) of the Regional Development Agency of Zhytomyr region:

  • university degree in economics, management and administration;
  • experience in similar positions in international companies or projects for at least 3 years or experience in management of technical assistance projects and management of investment and/or grant projects for at least 5 years;
  • knowledge of labor law, financial, tax laws and other legal acts, as well as those concerning the activities of the institution;
  • knowledge of ethics of business communication and negotiation with governmental national and international institutions;
  • experience of interaction with foreign investment funds and other donors.

Experience and qualifications requirements for the post of Project Manager of the Regional Development Agency of Zhytomyr region:

  • university degree in economics, management and administration;
  • experience in similar positions in international companies or projects for at least 2 years or experience in technical assistance projects and experience in implementation of grant and/or investment projects;
  • experience in business planning and evaluation of investment projects;
  • knowledge of labor law and other legal acts concerning the activities of the institution;
  • knowledge of ethics of business communication and negotiation;
  • experience of interaction with investment funds and donors;
  • experience of bringing grant funds and/or investment;
  • ability to organize educational and public events;
  • knowledge of methods, standards, mechanisms and institutions that determine the development and approval of community development strategies;
  • understanding the methods of planning, target setting, and monitoring their implementation;
  • experience of negotiating with companies and organizations;
  • ability and willingness to work with documents and reports.

Candidates should have good command of the English language (written and spoken); knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an asset.
